			Common questions
			When will I receive my pictures?
				Typically, you will receive a flash drive with the high resolution images within two weeks.
			What format will the pictures be in?
				The pictures are provided in high resolution JPEG format.
			How many pictures are typically taken?
				The amount of pictures can vary based on a number of factors including number of guests, time for cocktails, time for speaches, dining time, etc. On average, approximately, 100 pictures are taken.
			How can we share the pictures with family?
				You will be provided high resolution JPEG images and lower resolution JPEG images. The lower resolution images are optimized to be shared by email. For an additional fee, we can create a web page that has all your pictures posted and available for viewing by your friends and family.
			Can we obtain different size pictures?
				Digital images are provided in standard 4"x6" format. However, we are happy to assist you, within reason, to crop the images for larger printing. I.e. 8"x10".
			Can you provide an album or photo book?
				We have a partnership with an album manufacturer. However, there is an enormous investment of time to layout and create albums. Therefore, at this time, we do not prodouce albums directly as our focus is on a high quality but cost effective service. Shutterfly does provide simple high quality albums. We are happy to discuss options and assist for an additional fee.
			Do you edit and color correct the pictures?
				Yes. We color correct and crop each picture to optimize your pictures.
			Will you travel for events?
				We travel within a 15 mile radius of Northbrook, IL (excluding the city of Chicago). We will travel further but additional costs may be incurred and can also include parking (in the city of Chicago).
			How can we print our pictures?
				You can upload the pictures provided to any photo service (i.e. Shutterfly, Walgreens, CostCo, etc.) and obtain printed pictures. We can also assist but an additonal fee will be charged.
			What training have you received?
				Besides taking pictures for years and years, Joel has a bachelors degree in business. He has hired and observed professional photographers for years. During this time, he has learned directly from them by asking questions and taking pictures alongside the professionals. And, his most valuable experience has been taking pictures at celebrations for the past decade.
