			Photography is more than taking a picture. It is an art and passion.
			For over 35 years, Joel Pekay has enjoyed taking pictures of his family, sporting events, exotic cars, and many other subjects. It all began when he was given his first Kodak Brownie from his grandfather. For 26 years, Joel has built businesses sales, marketing, business development and client relationships through hands-on leadership and results driven communications. However, he has always maintained his passion for photography. Over the years, he was asked to take pictures at friends special events and realized there was a market opportunity for a photographer who focuses on these functions - at an economical price. So, he decided to turn his passion into a reality and a business. He started Pekay Photography to offer a cost efficient service while providing high quality memories. Based out of Northbrook, IL and serving Chicago's North Shore communities.
